Little Light Children Center operates in Namuwongo Slum, within the capital city of Uganda- Kampala.
The center provides vital services to the slum dwellers and gives them access to proper education, health services, economical empowerment, psycho-social support and varied information.
Today Little Light directly supports over 300 beneficiaries- children, youths and adults.
Our volunteers are project managers who lead Little Light from within. With an innovative approach, they strive to develop the organization’s different aspects. Little light works hand in hand with the local community, and executes a considerable and sustainable volunteer program.
We provide a network of support for our volunteers, combining local employees with our global team, to ensure that each volunteer fulfills her/his potential
