The thing I love the most about Little light is the people who we get to meet. The kids are the best dancers I ever met, the staff became my best friends and the youth gave me inspiration like I wouldn't believe I'll ever get.
As a volunteer at Little light I feel that I can make a real change only if I get to know the people, the community, their way of life there and only together with them we can do it.
Volunteering at Little Light gave me a whole new perspective about our life and how simple it is to help others. I finished my volunteering period at Little Light a much more sensitive and tolerable person and I truly belive this experience changed my life.As a volunteer at Little light I feel that I can make a real change only if I get to know the people, the community, their way of life there and only together with them we can do it.
About three and a half years ago I've decided to go volunteer at Little Light Uganda. This decision was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. I have become acquainted with a new and fascinating culture and a lot of good people while doing something meaningful to people who need it. Even after three and a half years, Little Light is still a second home for me, and my experience there will stay with me for the rest of my life
